Jeff Davis
Executive Vice President
Worldwide Sales and Marketing,
Spansion Inc.
Mr.
Davis brings nearly 25 years of
experience in sales and
engineering for high-profile
companies to his position with a
proven ability to drive
worldwide sales operations
towards growth and
profitability. He is currently
leading the global sales and
marketing effort to transition
into new markets and expanded
targeted areas of opportunity.
Mr.
Davis joined Spansion from AMD
where he was corporate vice
president of worldwide sales and
operations for AMD's Memory
Products Group. In this
capacity, he orchestrated
domestic and international sales
efforts and saw substantial
revenue growth in his unit.
Mr.
Davis began his career as a
sales engineer at Motorola in
1982, holding several positions
in sales, sales management and
support operations. In 1991,
Davis moved to Motorola's
Phoenix Technology Center and
began focusing on the
development of silicon- and
system-level solutions for
strategic accounts, being
promoted to vice president in
1993.
Mr.
Davis' work at Motorola effected
substantial growth and
profitability. In 1998, while
working as vice president of
worldwide sales for Motorola's
Consumer Systems Group, Mr.
Davis worked with a turnaround
team that took the Consumer
Systems Group from a significant
loss to profitability in just 18
months. The following year Davis
transitioned to vice president
of worldwide sales for the
Networking and Computing Systems
Group with revenues of $2.7
billion.
Mr.
Davis holds a bachelor's degree
in electrical engineering from
Arizona State University in
Tempe, Arizona. |

Craig A. Geier

Mr.
Geier has been working in the
finance and capital markets for
over 25 years with experience in
both domestic and international
markets, gained in a diverse
range of industries and
corporate environments from
early stage start-ups to major
publicly traded entities,
including Microbonds Inc.
(microelectronics, operating in
Asia, Europe and North America)
Sulliden Exploration Inc. (gold
& silver mining in Peru),
TrizecHahn Corporation Limited
(Commercial Real Estate in North
America), and BCE Development
Corporation Ltd. (Commercial
Real Estate in North America).
Mr.
Geier currently sits on the
board of directors for
Microbonds Inc, Timbercreek
Mortgage Investment Corporation,
Digital Display & Communication
Inc. and DPM Theraputics
Corporation (proposed
candidate).
Mr.
Geier attended the University of
Western Ontario and completed
the Honours Business
Administration program at the
Ivey Business School in 1981. |

Mr.
Blake Hutcheson is a partner and
the Head of Global Real Estate
Investing in a newly formed
multi-strategy private equity
firm, with offices in New York,
Hong Kong and Mumbai. Prior to
joining Mount Kellett, Mr.
Hutcheson was the Chairman and
President of CB Richard Ellis
Canada (1999 - 2008) and Latin
America (2001 - 2008) overseeing
all operations and investment
sales activities in multiple
countries with over 2,500
employees. During his tenure at
CB Richard Ellis Mr. Hutcheson
served on several internal
boards and committees, including
the CBRE Operations Management
Board for the Americas. He
remains a Director of CB Richard
Ellis Canada. Mr. Hutcheson has
also served on several other
external boards and committees
including Director of Algoma
Central Corporation; Director of
RealNet Canada; Director of
Microbonds, Inc.; Chair of the
Mayor of Toronto's Fiscal
Advisory Committee (2008); Past
President of the University Club
of Toronto; Advisor to Schulich
School of Business at York
University.

Juan Lau

Mr.
Lau is a successful entrepreneur
and is a partner in a venture
capital firm that specializes in
start ups and emerging
technologies. Mr. Lau was a
former founder/CEO of Cad
Resource Centre (now called
Imaginit, a subsidiary of Rand
Corporation in the US). Imaginit
is currently a major distributor
of Autocad, CAD/CAM systems
across Canada. Mr. Lau founded
Icon Digital Productions, a
leader in digital large format
printing and visual
communications and has served as
its CEO since its inception in
1995. Mr. Lau serves on various
boards and is active in
charitable and annual
fundraising events including
gala fundraising events such as
the Toronto Dragon Ball,
Imperial Ball, and Chinese
Cultural Center. |

Robert Lyn

Robert holds a BA Sc degree in
Mechanical Engineering from the
University of Toronto, and has
over 20 years of experience in
the microelectronics industry
working with Microbonds, IBM
Microelectronics and Celestica
Inc.
Prior to co-founding Microbonds
Inc., Robert was a senior staff
engineer in the advanced
packaging development division
of IBM and subsequently
Celestica where he led a team
that introduced a number of
strategic microelectronics
packaging technologies into the
manufacturing process, including
Chip-on-Board wire bonding
technology, Flip Chip
technology, Ball Grid Array chip
carriers, Multi-chip modules,
and single chip packaging. These
technologies have supported
product offerings, such as;
PCMCIA Notebook cards, SIMM
memory cards, RF/Wireless cards,
Networking cards, Power
Technology, PC motherboards,
Workstations, Mainframe
computers and Internet routing
systems. |

Mark McGoldrick

Mr.
Mark McGoldrick is a co-founder
of Mount Kellett and its
Managing Principal and Chief
Investment Officer. Mount
Kellett Capital Management LP is
a newly formed multi-strategy
private equity firm, with
offices in New York, Hong Kong
and Mumbai. Mr. McGoldrick will
be based in New York.
Prior to forming Mount Kellett,
Mr. McGoldrick was a partner at
Goldman Sachs and the co-founder
and former co-head of the Global
Special Situations Group (GSSG).
In this capacity Mr. McGoldrick
was responsible for creating,
building-out and investing
capital for the Asian Special
Situations Group, the European
Special Situations Group and the
Americas Special Situations
Group (collectively, "GSSG").
Mr. McGoldrick also ran the
Goldman Sachs Whitehall Real
Estate Fund in Asia. During his
tenure at Goldman Sachs Mr.
McGoldrick was a member of the
Firmwide Risk Committee, Goldman
Sachs Partnership Committee,
Asian Management and Operating
Committee, European Management
and Operating Committee, Fixed
Income and Equities Operating
Committee, Fixed Income and
Equities Executive Committee,
various GSSG Investment
Committees and the Specialty

Rich Rice

Rich Rice is Senior Vice
President of Sales for ASE
(U.S.) Inc., with responsibility
for the North America region.
Appointed in 2003, Mr. Rice
oversees field sales and
applications engineering support
necessary for achieving ASE’s
projected growth in the coming
years. Prior to joining ASE, Mr.
Rice spent over ten years at
Amkor Technology, where he held
various management roles,
including Vice President of
Sales and Vice President of
Business Development.
Previously, Mr. Rice performed
engineering roles at Nara
Technologies and National
Semiconductor Corporation.
Mr.
Rice holds a BS degree in
engineering from the University

David Strom
Chief Financial Officer,
Whitecastle Investments Limited
Mr.
David Strom serves as Chief
Financial Officer for the
Whitecastle group of companies,
Whitecastle Private Equity
Partners and the Whitecastle New
Urban Fund. Mr. Strom has close
to 20 years experience in a
series of progressive financial
roles, focusing primarily on
private companies. Prior to
joining Whitecastle in 2008, Mr.
Strom worked primarily as Chief
Financial Officer for Falls
Management Company, a private
consortium selected to construct
and operate the $1 billion
Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort.
Mr. Strom ’s responsibilities
included the negotiation of a
comprehensive financing package
from a leading Canadian bank.
The project was completed in the
spring of 2004, on time and
under budget. After completion
of the casino, Mr. Strom joined
Shiplake Management Company, one
of the shareholders of Falls
Management Company. While at
Shiplake, Mr. Strom had direct
responsibility for the
management of investment
holdings on behalf of a private
family. He also served on the
Board of Falls Management
Company.
Mr.
Strom holds a degree in Honours
Business Administration from the
Ivey School of Business and is a
Chartered Accountant. |
